Today I started working with faces with an angle. So I worked from a tutorial and use the cylinder method.

It is import to know that the eyes, nose, and mouth is always on the same place on the face.

The first page is the page of drawing the lines to get an idea of how to do the sketch. The second one is where I start drawing the mouth, eyes, and nose. The last page, page 3 is to make it more look like a person.
